Governing agreements
Each engagement is governed by a written agreement between LogLyn and your organization. The scope, deliverables, data handling, and terms for any engagement are agreed before work begins. The governing law and any other specific terms are set out in that written agreement, and any dispute is handled in good faith between the parties.
Initial engagements
The initial engagement is fixed scope: you choose Backlog Rescue or Deduction Audit and provide the records and supporting files required for that work. LogLyn returns completed preparation and review materials for your approval. The scope, deliverables, workload limits, turnaround, and data handling terms are described on the applicable service page and in the engagement letter. If you want an NDA in place before any data moves, we aim to provide it the same business day you ask.
Ongoing engagements
Ongoing work, including the Monthly Billing Prep Desk and Monthly Deduction and Exception Desk, is governed by a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, data handling, retention, support, and termination provisions specific to your arrangement.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions are welcome at the contact email below.
